Dr. Pooria Shahin, DDS
After completing his undergraduate degree with honors from Emory University in Atlanta in just three years, Dr. Pooria Shahin attended Columbia University School of Dental Medicine. Graduating with honors, he received his doctorate in dental surgery in 2009. Dr. Shahin completed his Surgical/General Practice residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital. Since that time, he has managed and built Brooklyn Dental Spa. Dedicated to providing the finest quality dental care for the Brooklyn community and attaining very high levels of patient satisfaction, Dr. Shahin has seen his patient population grow tremendously. He looks forward to serving his loyal community for many years to come.

I absolutely adore Brooklyn Dentist! The entire team—from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist—works hard to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. They offer fun activities for kids in the lobby and provide refreshments for adults. The office is always clean, modern, and inviting. I highly recommend this Brooklyn dental practice!
I don’t usually write reviews, but this is actually my second one! I tend to panic at the mere thought of going to the dentist (I even need gas just to get a cleaning). Yesterday was my second appointment with Brooklyn Dentist, and I can’t recommend them enough! I need a dental crown replaced, and the first thing Dr. Shahin said after introducing himself was, "If at any point you need to stop or take a break, just let me know." I’ve never felt so at ease and relaxed with a dentist before. The entire dental team, including the doctors and staff, is absolutely fantastic. I’ve finally found my "FOREVER" dentist near Windsor Terrace!
